What we keep and why

We use your email address to sign you in and connect your saved readings and subscription to your account. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once.

When you create a Quest, your birthday is sent to our service to calculate your reading and count distinct Quests. We store a keyed fingerprint of each distinct birthday with your account or guest record, rather than a history of raw birthdays. This fingerprint is still account-related data. When you choose to save a profile, we store its name and actual birthday. Save another person’s information only with their permission.

We automatically record anonymous daily totals for visits and feature use, such as opening cards, exploring cycles, using invitation buttons and viewing Premium. These counts do not connect one visit or action to another. These totals do not contain names, email addresses or birthdays. We also record which steps of the free-to-Premium journey each guest or member record reached (visit, Quest, sign-in, Premium page, checkout, activation), how many active minutes it spent in each section of the site, and the campaign link that first brought it; these records never contain names, email addresses or birthdays, and they are included in your data export. Security controls also use request counters and keyed identifiers to limit abuse.

For an invited feedback trial, we store the invited email address and trial dates to provide temporary Premium access. You can contact support to remove an unused invitation.

Optional feedback and usage analytics

If you submit feedback, we store your answers, optional comment, the reading’s keyed fingerprint, position, number and wording version with your guest or member record. This lets you change your answer and helps us improve specific descriptions. Avoid including personal details in comments. Feedback is independent of marketing and analytics choices.

Usage analytics are optional. If you allow them, we connect feature visits, Quest creation, sign-in, checkout and paid activation to a pseudonymous guest or member identifier and record your access level at the time. This helps us measure conversion and return visits. We do not include raw birthdays, names or emails in these event records. Invitation links contain a random code, not a reading; with analytics allowed, we measure whether a recipient opens one and creates a Quest. The dashboard shows aggregate results and feedback comments to the owner.

Use Analytics choices in the footer to turn this off and remove your linked usage events and recipient attribution from the active database. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Submitted feedback remains until account deletion or a removal request. Signed-in data exports include feedback and usage events. Guest records and related data are removed during maintenance after 30 days; registered records remain until withdrawal of analytics consent or account deletion. Anonymous daily service totals are separate and cannot be linked back to you.

Cookies and your browser

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out ends that session. Your current reading’s birthday is kept in browser session storage so you can return to it during your visit. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (session replays and heatmaps; form entries are masked) and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure whether our advertising leads to sign-ups and purchases. For a completed purchase we send Meta a hashed version of your email address and a purchase amount, never your reading or birthday.

Services that help us run SoulQuest

Cloudflare hosts the site and account database. Resend delivers requested sign-in emails. Stripe handles checkout and subscriptions; we store payment-provider identifiers and subscription status, but do not receive your full card number. Support messages are forwarded through Cloudflare to our Gmail inbox. Providers process information needed to deliver and secure their services, including technical request information, and may process it outside your country.

Email choices

Marketing is optional and separate from signing in. We save your preference and a record of consent changes. You can change it in My account. Declining marketing does not prevent requested sign-in emails. Marketing broadcasts are not currently enabled.

Your PDF readings

When you create a PDF reading or begin a PDF purchase, we save the birthday, optional cover name, reading content and order status with your account. This lets us prepare the personalized document and provide repeat downloads. Stripe receives your account email, price and an order reference; we do not send the reading, birthday or cover name to Stripe. Account deletion removes these reading records and ends access to repeat downloads.

Retention and your choices

Registered account details, saved profiles and Quest allowance records remain until you delete them or your account. Removing a saved profile does not erase the Quest count. After Premium ends, other people’s profiles remain stored but are unavailable in the free interface; your export still includes them.

From My account, you can export saved data, remove profiles, correct your own birthday, and delete your account. Free accounts include one birthday correction. Account deletion becomes available after any subscription has ended; contact support if you need help sooner. Deletion removes the account and related records from the active application database. Separately held payment records, support messages and provider backups are not automatically deleted by that action.

Expired sign-in links and sessions cannot be used. Their database records are removed during maintenance; expiry is not an immediate deletion guarantee. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests that the account controls do not cover.

Your free account

Your first Quest is free without an account. A free account allows three distinct new Quests in total, including the first anonymous Quest carried into your account. This allowance does not reset each month. You can save your own profile and revisit it.

Premium and recurring billing

Premium includes unlimited Quests, the full chart, Time Cycles, deeper number readings, explained chart formulas, saved profiles for other people and personal reading PDF downloads at no extra cost. Comparing people is not currently included. Choose monthly or annual billing; the amount, currency and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year at purchase, not in monthly installments.

Your subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Review Stripe’s checkout summary before subscribing. A failed payment can interrupt Premium access.

Personal reading PDFs

A one-time PDF purchase costs $9.99 USD for one birthday, with no subscription. Check the birthday before paying. It includes the personal reading described on the product page; it does not unlock interactive Premium features. While Premium or an invited Premium trial is active, you can create these PDFs without an additional purchase, including readings for saved people.

Reports capture the reading content when created. You can download an already-created report again from the same account after Premium ends; creating new included reports requires active Premium. Deleting your account removes access to repeat downloads. A full refund of a PDF purchase ends future downloads of that report. For a PDF billing error or refund request, contact support.

Invited feedback trials

Complimentary trials begin when granted and end on the date shown in My account. They require no payment card and do not renew or convert into a paid subscription automatically. Trial access may be extended or ended by SoulQuest. When a trial ends, the usual free-account limits apply; Quests already used do not reset. Any separately purchased subscription keeps its own billing terms.

Cancel without losing your paid time

Go to My account → Manage billing to cancel future renewal, update your payment method or view invoices. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. A cancellation scheduled for the end of your billing period keeps Premium available until that period ends. Cancellation does not delete your SoulQuest account.

After Premium ends, your free account remains. Previously used Quests do not reset, and other people’s saved profiles stay stored but are hidden from the free interface. You can still export them.

Seven-day first-purchase refunds

If Premium is not right for you, request a full refund within seven days of your first Premium purchase by emailing [email protected]. Include your account email and purchase date, but never full card details. This applies to your first monthly or annual purchase; renewal charges are not covered by this first-purchase offer. Contact us about billing errors or other refund requests. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Refund requests are handled by support. Cancelling renewal does not automatically request a refund.

Use these readings thoughtfully

Numerology is an interpretive practice, not a scientifically validated prediction or assessment. Readings do not guarantee outcomes and are not medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice. Do not use them to make decisions that require qualified professional advice.

Keep sign-in links private. Save someone else’s personal information only with their permission. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts or redistribute the reading library as your own product.

Write to [email protected]. Include your account email and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, sign-in links or full card details.

Signing in

Request a fresh link from My account, check your spam folder, and open the newest email within 15 minutes. Then select Continue to my account. Your session belongs to the browser where you open the link.

Finding your reading

Use My account to open a saved reading. If you have not saved one, enter your birthday to create it. Revisiting the same birthday does not use another Quest.

Subscription help

Use My account → Manage billing for invoices, payment details and cancellation. Premium remains available through your paid period after you cancel renewal. If a completed payment has not unlocked your account, refresh once, then contact us rather than paying again.
